Did you read the article? Jones, or rather his lawyer, claims that the porn was found on their servers in threatening emails. It was found by another company who was screening their emails.

If you were keeping highly illegal porn for, err... personal use, would you keep it on a server, a company server directly connected to you no less, rather than a hard drive? Would you allow another company to then look at that server? That makes no damn sense.

But hey, for the sake of argument, let's say he's an idiot and did both those things. Maybe he's not tech savvy. Or maybe the company screening his emails was contracted by an employee without his knowledge.

The matter is currently under investigation by the FBI. That being the case, why would his lawyer then publicly lie about something so easy to disprove? If the porn was simply being stored on the server rather then being embedded in incoming emails then that would come to light very quickly. They could have moved it I suppose, after it was discovered but before the FBI got involved. But that is also likely to come to light as soon as the FBI questions whoever discovered it. Besides, if Jones & Co had the opportunity to do that, why not just quietly delete it instead?

I suppose theoretically they could have sent the emails to themselves. Which would also be a ridiculous way to get child porn since in order to send it you must already have it, and sending it to an email server that you know is being screened by another company is also ridiculous.

OR.

Or or or. Someone else who really hates Alex Jones, which a lot of people do, could have sent him emails with child porn either to try and get him in trouble or as a general haha-now-you've-seen-CP-and-it's-in-your-head fuck you tactic.

Which of those scenarios seems the most likely to you?

So yes, going on the information currently available to me, it is my belief that Jones isn't guilty, not of this.

Do I believe him when he says it was done by someone related to the Sandy Hook lawsuit? No. It's theoretically possible, but that's just Alex Jones bullshitting like, well... like Alex Jones. I also have my doubts about his claims that it was any kind of sophisticated malware, but that should be easy enough to clarify upon investigation.

This is one of those topics that's so hard to not come off as a total loon when talking about it, but... it's plausible. It's so plausible. Look at the royal treatment by law enforcement and the judicial system of people like Jeffrey Epstein, or the widespread very real British MP sex abuse scandals. Not to mention the Catholic Church. Powerful pedophiles really do network and create unbelievable conspiracies to share their materials or abuse kids.

The Pizzagate stuff is so over the top absurd but if you shave off the more wild elements (satanic ritual stuff, abuse happening in a basement of a building that doesn't have a basement, the pizza codewords, etc.) it's pretty close to actual things politicians have gotten up to.

As an earlier post in this thread shows, most of those politicians getting up to stuff like that in the U.S. seem to come from the more conservative side of things, let's say.

2) There was a judgement earlier that forced InfoWars to share/disclose emails during that period. It means that IW had to send their entire database to Sandy Hook Family lawyers.
3) Therefore the database they sent included the porn.

I don't think InfoWars could have deleted those files or omitted them because it would be destruction/tampering of evidence.

I imagine that InfoWars gets a lot of email traffic. And it feels like they're the type to not want to delete them in case there's valuable information they can link back to after an 'event' happens.

It's very plausible that they don't check/open every email so they might not have known.

Alex Jones is a terrible person suffering from paranoia and delusions. He has actively encouraged and participated in numerous terrible events.

I don't believe him to be pedophile and I find it very plausible that he was set up.

The FBI has confirmed it. Just because I want to explain the situation does not make me a bad person.


Jones' lawyers had previously been ordered by Judge to turn over vast amounts of electronically stored data on Jones' business operations.


Court documents stated that the Sandy Hook lawyers had begun reviewing the electronic files that Jones had turned over when they found child pornography in the files. They immediately contacted the FBI.


"The FBI advised counsel that its review located numerous additional illegal images, which had apparently been sent to InfoWars email addresses," they stated.

Well then, fair enough, he's innocent on this front. Still, he probably should have not brought more attention to this, something tells me more trolls are going to start sending child porn to get another reaction out of him.

Imagine trying to troll Jones sending him these pictures and then he gets sued and has to hand over all emails and now you are on the fbi list for sending child pics.

Jones did it himself to try and get ahead of things.

Thing is, this really makes his legal team look incompetent. You could make the argument that Jones and staff don't review incoming email.

But what lawyer in their right mind just turns over discovery without reviewing it? That's what staff are for.

This should have never made it to plaintiff's lawyer. Defense lawyer should have caught (and reported) this during discovery review.

So, at the very least, his lawyers are doing a lazy job of defending him.
