Not really seeing the connection besides it being from the same studio and the main character having a supernatural ability (which is everywhere these days in media). The setting and premise looks infinitely more interesting to me than QB's.

On PS4? If so, I think that will give you two story expansions down the line. What do we know about post launch content? Pre-ordered the Limited Edition which features post launch content.
I'm ready to support you Remedy.
Ahahahah and some Alan Wake remaster.
This has to be the OP title.
Sounds awesome. I like when things this level weird in games and isn't as straightforward as your usual games. Really looking forward to this one.the oldest house is a very weird place that exists in several different dimensions
Something about this just isn't interesting me... I will buy it to support Remedy, but I can't say I am very excited about it.
Thanx. I didn't even know it was there. But great to know!Yeah, it got some rave previews. Example:

Triangle to melee...Odd
I guess it's fully customizable.
I did a quick online search and found nothing other than an Amazon link that says 4k HDR for Xbox One X (I'll take that with a grain of salt). The game is begging for the expanded lighting/colors that HDR offers that's for sure. Hopefully we'll find out at Gamescom that it supports HDR.
it won't. asked the dev already.I did a quick online search and found nothing other than an Amazon link that says 4k HDR for Xbox One X (I'll take that with a grain of salt). That's a real bummer. :( Doesn't decrease my psyche for the game though (too much).
It won't. Post #229
It's the preload.Just started Quantum Break. Love the integration of tv episodes into the story. And I like the stories and atmosphere Remedy have been going for in their games. Much more interesting and cohesive that the real tv episodes, we have nowadays. Quick question regarding Expected Auto Download date on PSN 08/25/19. Is it for preloading or when I can download and play the full game ?
Day 1 for me, they already have me at metroidvania. Any rpg elements by the way? I notice a number on the lifebars
yeah embargo is up on the 26th, day before release.I haven't pre-ordered yet on PS4, from what I have seen and heard it appears to be really good, but I have been let down too many times now, so I'm going to pre-order at the last moment, does anyone know if the reviews are embargoed?
nope
YES :)There is a progression system, yes. There are resources you collect and use to upgrade your weapons and abilities.
I think I read the campaign is 10-15 hours, which is a bit disappointing.Prolly be my 1st game from this dev. Looks very good. Hope it has a nice meaty campaign, none of this 8 hour shit we be getting for some devs.

I don't consider that disappointing in any way at all, if anything I welcome this as that's the perfect length for me.I think I read the campaign is 10-15 hours, which is a bit disappointing.
