Change Windows region to US, download Xbox app, purchase Xbox gift card credit from Amazon, use it to pay for Game Pass. You may need to remove any credit/debit card from your MS account.

KH 2.8 i think has 2

They are adding all system crossplay, even between PC, Xbox, PS4 and VR versions.
