Nolan is doing his 3 day "gamers!" pr tour right now. I mean the whole game awards spread etc etc. It's an actual thing.
Hell yeah, Tokyo Drift is why I hope the next Forza Horizon game is set in Japan. Gorgeous locale.

Tokyo Drift is like if a Fast and Furious movie got made as a Disney Channel original. Your opinion of it completely hinges on whether that sounds awesome or terrible to you

I'm thinking of the timing here and partially the optics of it. You start to see patterns when people want damage control of their image. Like this interview/podcast may have been setup by his publicist or something and then highlight from different sources. I could be wrong but just a thought.
