11:59PM is Thursday, 12:00AM is Friday, so when the minute from 11:59PM on Thursday goes to a minute later it will be 12AM Friday.

So... when I got my Switch it was only because I was the only person in the store who realized they were there. Everyone else was lined up for Bayonetta Amiibo. There was visible shock in the line behind me when I said, "got any Switches?" "Yup! A shipment just came in."

I'm hoping for similar luck for the Nintendo Cosmic Switch.

Oh right well I've always thought of midnight as 00:00 at the beginning of said day, so I just assumed at the beginning of the 4th.
