LET'S FUCKING GO

The Treyarch games are the best ones. Except for MW1. But man, they really hit their stride with the multiplayer. I loved the fuck out of BLOPS3 and I will be there for IIII on Day 1.

Hopefully it's closer to 2 rather than 3 on gameplay. I was never really big on the specialists and enhanced movement systems.

Also I hope they bring it back towards the present day.

Still a small chance that a Switch might come.

I remember they didn't say Black Ops 2 was coming to the Wii U until like the last second.

I doubt it tho

Why such a early announcement. Didn't WWII release just 4 months ago.

CoD games have a Big Mac shelf life, at least in terms of the multiplayer aspect. Yea you will have lobbies for years and years post-release, but the community and experience is at its best those first few months when everyone is learning the game and leveling up for the first time.

So even more of the same?

How is this franchise still going and sales still so high when the devs appear to be going back to the same concepts in previous iterations over and over?

Because like sports games, a large group of people buy this game and it's basically the only game they buy that year. It's what they play and come back every year for the next one.

just like COD 4 was held back by the Wii or MW2 was held back by the DS or even worse how black ops was held back by the Wii.

The Wii's gap between the 360 was more reasonable. You could make up for a lot of it thanks to the resolution difference. That's not really the case anymore.

The Switch announcement really could just be being held until the Direct tonight.

If it ain't there though, then, well shit.

Sheeeesh, does Rockstar have everyone THAT shook that Call of Duty has to move up before them? Whew.

Hope BO4 does something for me this year. Thought WWII would be the return to boots on the ground that I wanted, but I was wrong. Please, Treyarch.

Yeah I'm willing to bet a Switch version will pop up in the direct, or be announced later (I think Nintendo versions are unveiled usually in the Fall). There's too much smoke. We did have our own NateDrake say so after all.

Can't wait - gonna be so good.

I do wonder if October will give them time to polish though, either way, wonder if the Switch version/port of another COD will get announced in a few months like COD4, MW3, and Ghosts.

Why do people think everyone is scared of RDR?

It's not GTA lmao. Other games especially Call of Fucking Duty can compete just fine with it
