I don't know how much this will help you, but I wanted to mention that at the very least Slay the Spire is on Xbox Game Pass for PC. (or at least it was when I last looked) You can sign up for a 1 month trial for a buck, so if you are just looking to play it right now for as cheap as possible that's a route you could go (though double check it's on game pass first if you go that route :P)

You are a king for recommending that. I do have game pass on PC, and have sunk well over 100 hours into StS on there. However, getting mods to work with that version is very difficult/impossible, which is why I'm looking for a Steam Key.
