Maybe in another 3 months. Can you break things down according to genre and paid exclusives?
I don't think it's based on a modified unreal engine store. It looks like it was made with Electron, the same framework Discord was built on.Question is why it wasn't enabled from the beginning especially if the store is modified Unreal Engine store.
Yeah it was basically a single page of games at launch. It's fun to lol at the Epic Store and all, but it absolutely didn't need a search at launch.Did they really need one before? Honest question because I forget how many games they had at launch.

Steamspy haven't provided epic with data about search habits of steam users, only for purchaces so they didn't think about it.Question is why it wasn't enabled from the beginning especially if the store is modified Unreal Engine store.
The UE launcher (and therefore, store) is an electron app.I don't think it's based on a modified unreal engine store. It looks like it was made with Electron, the same framework Discord was built on.
Now they've enabled it, maybe it will actually work in a few more months.
What does this search actually search for, lmao.
Looks like this is just a feature of the german store page. Search is just busted no matter what you search for.

Oh I see!
Did you think people were exaggerating when they said the epic games store was a huge step back for consumers, feature wise?
3 months after launch
Even with the limited number of games they launched with it was baffling to launch in 2018 without one. At least they're developing the store.
Two-factor authentication only three years away from being introduced.
Nah, as I wrote above it works now. Both "Metro" and "Exodus" give me the Metro Exodus result for the NA region. Is it possible you have a regional setting where the game isn't currently on the store?
