Normally I'd say the Titan (presumably) vampire lady would win, but Abby with the correct weapons and enough prep time might be able to hold her own. But who knows, Lady Dimitrescu might have some bullshit powers that no regular human could ever stand up against.

If Lady D gets knocked off by Chris or Ethan then all the comments about how Abby losing easily going to lose a lot of their weight.
Abby may not be able to take Chris as he is specialist trained, but Ethan? Nah, Abby is a jacked badass who has been trained by more than showing up to some hillbilly hoedown.

RE protagonists are not exactly superhuman and they kill all manner of bigger monsters than Lady D, so yeah give Abby guns and she will win.

This is not aimed at you, it's just your post finally put into words something that has made me feel weird since I first saw this thread.
Abby was hated and the way her arms and body looked was torn apart constantly with people making terrible transphobic shit...yet lady D doesn't get that.
Even in this thread people are more than happy to shown they are horny for D...it just feels wrong because D takes the great things about Abby (large woman that is muscular) and wraps it up in a far more Feminine package (even if she is a 9 foot Vampire) and suddenly every one is A Okay with thirsting over a jacked woman...
I don't know, this whole thing just feels wrong to me.
Abby overcomes her own rage, pursuit of vengeance, and personal prejudices to learn how to forgive and grow as a person. And as we all know, changing from within is the hardest thing anyone can do.
We haven't seen evidence yet that Lady Dimitrescu is capable of that level of not just self-reflection, but the meditation and dedication to act upon that. I'm not discounting it completely, but for now, I'm giving this one to Abby.

It's a little hard to tell without seeing everything Lady Dimitrescu is capable of yet. On paper, Dimitrescu should make short work of Abby, given her stature, claws, and enhanced strength. But, then again, Abby defeated the Rat King, who could be a worthy Resident Evil sub-boss at least. Depending on what's she equipped with, and where the fight is set, I don't think it's impossible for Abby to find some way to prevail. Let's see how Ethan does against Dimitrescu.

During RE7 at least, Ethan Winters literally is super human. He's infected with the same virus that's the cause of all the crazy goings on and handing out of super powers that let him, among other things, literally glue limbs back on after they've been chopped of his body by e.g. a chainsaw.
Everyone else also shows super strength as a result of the infection too, so he reasonably has that.
Whether that carries over to Village is a question yet to be answered, but we will see.
