Yeah, Abby's arms are something to behold, and her training routine/burrito intake is second to none.
But she's going up against what is probably a tyrant. Unless we're giving Abby an RPG, I think this is a little bit skewed.

I was gonna say Lady Dimitrescu for being a super powered vampire but plain boy Ethan is probably gonna kill her so Abby should be able to do the same.
I'm betting Abby just because perfectly human RE protagonists have taken down scarier creatures than this. Can Abby punch a boulder? probably. So I think she'd figure something out here.

If Abby is fully armed she probably wins regardless though. What a beast

Saying that if Ethan can beat Lady D then another regular human could doesn't check out since Ethan isn't a regular human. Dude was able to reattach his own severed limbs, he's infected and can survive injuries that no regular human could.

It took a rail cannon for Jill to kill Nemesis. Or a sci-fi railgun, depending on if you prefer original or remake. And in the original, even that didn't kill it (and I'm not 100% convinced the remake totally killed it off with the railgun either, knowing its tenacity). Hell, I wouldn't be shocked if giving it S.T.A.R.S. didn't kill it either and it took nuking a city off the map to finish Nemesis once and for all.
Dimitrescu would annihilate Abby entirely.
