Hyperion shotguns have gunshields when you ADS.
There's a new elemental damage type, radiation, which is contagious on death.
Loot is individual and scaled per player. Randy calls it "Instanced loot."

You can play either with proper content level scaling for all party members, or non-individual scaling to get carried by an overpowered high level friend.

Tediore has a greater variety of on-reload effects. Some can be thrown as bouncing grenades that complain on each bounce, some have legs, some explode into a volley of homing rockets.

I know everyone is watching the stream right now but I have a couple of questions about the VIP program...

1) The +250 points for watching videos is not working for me. I've watched the Announcement video and a couple more about six times trying to get them to register that I've watched them but it doesn't work. Anyone know how to correct this?

2) Is EchoCast supposed to be enabled for this event and if so, is it what gives us the VIP Creator code? Or is this going to come from influencer streams?

Level design is a hugeeee step up. Bosses look to be designed around their level gimmicks. With levels slowly teaching you the gimmick as you go through
