Nuketown, Raid and WaW zombies map

Not familiar with there take, but battle royale can be solo, duos, or squads of 3-4.

I won't lie. The small BR part looks better than I expected. Vehicular combat is great.

I remain skeptical but it looks alright so far.

6 maps for a beta?

That's actually quite a bit honestly. How many maps are there going to be at launch?

I just don't want to pay $60 dang dollars for MP only as I hate battle royal

They haven't confirmed the exact amount of maps for launch yet, but so far they've confirmed 10 maps (6 beta maps + 4 remakes) + Nuketown coming for free in November

Helicopters would be a first. But several CoD games have had driveable jeeps and atv like vehicles (CoD 3 for example. World at War also IIRC...i know WaW had tanks)

At the very least 10 Maps. We have 4 Remastered maps confirmed + 6 maps in beta.

Remastered Maps are:

Slums
Firing Range
Summit
Jungle

That would have been really weird not to have duos or squad mode in BR since that's what I feel like is the most popular. No way I'd play BR in solo mode nowadays after playing it with group of friends.

Not really that new for the series,
ATVs, motorcycles, boats, helicopters, jets and snowmobiles have been in the campaigns,
while helicopters have been in multiplayer.

You dont get a beta code from amazon. You get an e-mail with a code that you can redeem on the COD official site. That gets you a confirmation e-mail that you will receive a beta code before the actual beta.

Really hope this years COD recaptures some of the magic. Won't be there on day one due to how stale the series has become but I'll certainly keep an eye out for impressions especially for the BR mode.

Yeah, there's a bit at launch and then they'll add stuff to Supply Drops every month or so.

There's a little bit. In Black Ops III it was just swapping heads and bodies, most being retextures between a small handful of unique models for each specialist. And, of course, you had to get a bunch of those from loot boxes. There's also some weapon customization that BO4 seems to be going a little deeper into.
