The bacon meme has always been that kind of "internet" obnoxious. Not shocked it was some artificial marketing campaign.
Clearly you don't. You only like bacon because you're told you like bacon.
It's quite amazing how much companies have fucked over world society.
Here they are selling health hazards because profits.
They're the reason diamonds are high in price despite being as rare as dirt is in someones backyard, and that lots of people die extracting them.
They manufactured a made up health symptom to sell floor cleaner to people to put in their mouth despite it being extremely harmful.
Private owned hospitals charge excruciating prices for medical procedures and medicine that costs a extreme fraction of it.
They torture Americans by pressuring Government into making taxation an absolute chore when other countries have so simple systems as sending a text message.
They extort students.
They turn our private lives into commodities to sell between each other.
They pretend to do charity work but actually cause more harm than good, knowingly.
And on and on and on and on.
No wonder why I am such a socialist...

i never cared for a bacon meme besides the early epic meal time videos they kept saying to add a bacon strip
the catch is that you have to catch it in your mouth after its thrown in the air
otherwise you'll have egg on your face
This one I always thought was dumb. It's not harmful and even though they gave it a dumb name, bad breath is for sure a thing.
Edit: Are you misrembering the video? They never say it's harmful, and they admit that bad breath is a problem, just nobody wants to admit they have bad breath.

Bad breath is a thing but it's not a health issue. And instead of sloshing floor cleaner around in your mouth that damages tissue, just chew some mint leaves or whatever. And brush better.
It doesn't damage tissue, and it's certainly not EXTREMELY harmful.
You're blatantly lying to try to make it seem more insideous than it is, you sound like an anti-fluoride person.
It was also never marketed as a health issue, even though it was given a scary name all of those ads focused on things like getting dates-- it was always bad breath.

We've been idolizing bacon before the internet even existed. I've been putting it into any food I could since the AOL dial-up days.
What about turkey bacon? I prefer it over real bacon and while I'm sure it's not that healthy it's probably a bit better for you than bacon.
iirc it's not really. similar amounts of sat fat and it tastes so much worse.

Anti-Flouride for being against Listerine? I use Flux which is a fluoride wash...
I am against their product in particular. I used Listerine before before my dentist (and another) told me to immediately stop and change to another. Then I learned why.
Also, they literally called it "chronic halitosis", and sold their product as a "cure". If that isn't marketed as a health issue then cancer might as well just be a delicious seafood.
