This. Definitely no need to rush and sell your turnips on Monday. I didn't sell mine until Saturday last week and actually had very little trouble doing so.
yah. I just go for one payload of turnips. it also makes me more frugal in my spending so that I don't automatically purchase super expensive items.
To be fair, stuff like this was not really the intent of the game designers, but yes, it's absolute trash online experience

It takes a really long time to do anything due to people leaving and arriving. The time you see is just when the person got the code.

I got in an out, just one trip, as fast as I could and that took 20 minutes
The timer is from when they get their turn, they have to join, load, go the shop, then leave, and fly off. All that while others are joining and leaving at the same time which entirely stops everything else happening.
It can easily take over 10 minutes, more so depending on how many players are allowed and repeat visitors.
I thin by 9:30 I'll move the clock backwards so everyone gets a turn.

Yeah, I went twice but as courtesy I re-qeued and went in the back of the line. it's unfair to everyone else to have to wait longer to sell turnips
