I've played all the batman games so I'm probably good on what they offer. I have a friend who would be hyped by this
Considering how discounted the Arkham series has been over the years, I wouldn't be surprised one bit if it was a collection of all of them plus the Lego games.
really don't understand the mystery here, unless this is a low-priced teaser game for Rocksteady's or WB Montreal's next project or something

yellow is featured prominently so i'm guessing a new game that combines the pee mini game of Yakuza with the Batman IP.

You can park the Batmobile, random thugs will start looking at it or attempting to smash it with bats/pipes, and you can remotely activate the taser feature (look at Batmobile and zoom in by clicking the right stick) to shock them

Didn't that new company essentially buy the remnants of Telltale? I could see then signing a deal with Epic to secure more funding in exchange for exclusivity of their games on the EGS.

The teaser image doesn't have Telltale Batman in it, but it does have Arkham/Lego Batman so I think it's both

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Not sure what the license terms and contracts etc would allow though.
What else could it really be?
Seems a bit weird to show an image of Arkham Aslyum, City, Knight, Legot Batman 1, 2 and 3 and the Telltale batman game (maybe on TT) without being ready to give out more than just 1 of them.
Why? There are many games they've done freebies for that are not.
