The quote sounds kind of like a fighting game tease, but it's probably Dynasty Warriors. Or a Dynasty Warriors fighting game. Maybe like a Team Ninja take on SoulCalibur.

The possibility of a TGA announcement makes me wonder if this might be that game based on a Western IP they've been teasing for literally years now.

I wonder if they'll go with Norse mythology and this is set around Ragnarok. With the inclusion of Odin and Loki in Warriors Orochi 4, they'd be able to reuse those models.

KT is probably the only Japanese Dev that releases the Japanese PC version of a game before the release the English VA, I still remember how they released the SnK2 game and how for about 2 weeks it only had Japanese and Chinese language options and that the English option would not be patched in until after 2 weeks since that's when the game launched for the west.
They are also the only JPN dev as far as I'm aware that is not "afarid" of releasing a JPN only PC game (meaning no English options for the game)
