It's pretty crazy, but yes! There's a lot of display options. Love it!
Resolution doesn't seem too bad at default settings, the only time it's blurry is when pressing the home button and returning back to the game.
You need a capture device that supports the following:
1080p@60fps (docked).
HDMI capture from dock output works fine.
There will probably be a page up on the website once it's officially released, on the France eShop the game disappeared.
You still need to make a fresh account on the Switch before you can transfer your PC one.

It went up by accident so some folks got in. Game goes live tomorrow morning.
Handheld mode at Cetus. Probably with compression from Twitter. The game looks real good on Switch screen.
It was available for download on European eshop for a short while.

Amazing that we can do this on switch. Maybe it's a panic button thing (i remember rocket league allowing us to change settings) I love more graphics options like this.
Nope, all modes and levels are available to all players, you unlock new missions by finishing available missions on the star chart.
You can choose to solo instance through all of the missions (matchmaking is public by default) and there are cinematic quests later on, but you get to those by finishing nodes on the star chart, mainly the ones that connect different planets.
Yeah, they said it would take too much processing power away from gameplay so they disabled it to make sure the game runs smoothly. Similar thing happened with Fortnite although I think that game runs no differently than before video capture was enabled.
Pretty sure that's more of a RAM issue rather than a hard drive space issue.
That's possible. I'd still like to have the option if we can.
There are too few people on the server now. I will wait for more players before advancing. While I can do most missions solo, it's easier to play horde missions as well as boss battle in team.

Most of the stronger/rarer enemies have rare drops for mods or blueprints for weapons and frames, the only difference is that you still have to build the stuff rather than just instantly using the gear (bright side, no need to farm for a god roll XD ).
When am I supposed to play this, dammit. I already abandoned Paladins for XBC2 and Octopath, now I'm currently stuck with Diablo 3 and my friends have been bugging me to grab Pokemon, plus Hyrule Warriors is still keeping its grindy claws firmly on my unmentionables. I also still need to finish Starlink and half a dozen indies. Not even gonna mention how MonHun has been tempting me... dammit.

It's dynamic, but I am not sure what it starts from in handheld mode.

I don't think you can, and even if you did, the fact that platinum doesn't carry over from PC to switch would cause issues.
My guess is that somewhere someone forgot that Tuesday starts a wee bit earlier in Europe and jumped the gun. The servers go up at 11 am ET if I remember correctly.
Although I must say it was quite fun seeing one of the devs get in the game and remind people that it doesn't officially release until several hours later. :)
Thanks. Too bad. If I really got hooked on it, I'd probably want to jump over to PC eventually (I prefer M/KB over controller and gyro).

Damn I didn't get it downloaded last night as I thought I'd sort it this morning then give it a go during lunch break. Got my Switch by my workstation and everything ready to go for lunch only to find it isn't on the store anymore :( RIP plans.
Man WF is amazing with motion controls. Performance can get rough though at the Plains.
