I'd say that falls on the government more to act then the need for a second vote. As I've been informed by a good few people this wasn't a binding vote. The government had the option of pulling the trigger rather than being required to pull the trigger.
It costs how much and will sell for how much in 2 years? At worst it costs what, £150? £75 a year for 4k better framerate and visuals. Bargain.

Beefy what's the best way to tone muscles? Trying to tone my arms doing like 3x20 reps per day; bicep curls, tricep stuff and full arm extensions? No idea what they're called. Anything better to do? I always thought low weight high reps was the way to go for toning

Cardio and high rep low weight (aka cardio with weights). The only thing that gets your muscles "toned" is losing fat.
Yeah I run 4 times a week for cardio or do you mean running with weight routine?
Do you swim? Swimming is the best as it is a full body exercise. Full body exercises are the best for body tone.
