Yeah it kinda sucks that there's no multiplayer. I love playing Tetris with my wife and this should have it. It's one of my few disappointments with the game.
Looks like the 60 were a MC mistake.
Slant Score is 3,5/5 and that should be a 70.
Easily the best game of this generation for me. Its not even close. If you told me I'd get a little emotional playing a game of Tetris for crying out loud...wow.

Is there local 2 player modes? Checked online briefly and saw there was no multiplayer online. Would love to challenge the wife on the sofa in this game.

They would have had to drop the ball so hard to have messed this up. From the very moment I first heard the premise of "Tetris made by the Rez team in VR", I was instantly sold on day 1 with no more information required. This was always going to be brilliant.

Tracking should be fine, Fruit Ninja VR works also very well.
And in that video the player is very satisfied with the controls.

But yeah, I know some games have flawless tracking but that seems to depend on the developer
As a PCVR gamer, I am jealous of PSVRs outputs this year. I really hope Gen2 PSVR has better tracking and controllers, because I would be so in!
I wish I could customize controls. Just so I could make the Square button rotate counter clockwise and circle rotate clockwise. For some reason I'm having trouble getting X and O oriented in muscle memory and now I'm holding the controller at a weird angle for it.
In lieu of multiplayer, my partner and I took to passing the controller back and forth between levels in Journey mode last night. Our goal was to leave the playfield as clean as possible before handing off, had a great time. There's lots of cool little details in the visualization you miss when you're playing and hyper-focused on the playfield.
Borrowing a PSVR from the office tonight, can't wait to go in full sensory immersion mode!
Having played it on PS VR, I can say I had no problems. Great game too.
Child of Eden is like Dreamcast Rez with a Genki Rockets soundtrack. If it was easier and you didn't have to grind stages for stars, it would be a lot better.
The only bit I liked was the proto-Rez level unlocked at the end and even then then it was like a bad cover version.
Is it bad to say that I want that more than the game?
They said on a video with Giant Bomb that they're looking into it. But it would take a bit of work, since the different stems of music are meant to fade in and out, there isn't really an "official" version of some tracks. They know people want it though.
I hope they are able to make it happen. I just bought the dynamic theme purely for that "I'm Yours Forever" song, haha.

With all this talk about spiritual experiences, I'm having flashbacks to the pre-launch hype for VR, and we all know what happened shortly after launch.
Don't get me wrong, I'm still planning on buy the 199 USD PSVR bundle when it comes out, and I'll probably pick this up too since I'm cursed to continually buy new versions of Tetris. But these reviews aren't sitting right with me...

Some people are reviewing a pleb version (like me) and still give high scores. And some are mentioning VR version only in the last 1-2 paragraphs. So the game is great even without VR but becomes better with it.
Most of the time, I refuse to pay for a theme, but this one is just amazing, and I also notice the theme is made by Truant Pixel! Nice job m0dus!
To each his own, but shortly after launch I was playing Rez, Thumper, Battlezone and Rush of blood and loving every minute. I've been high on VR since the PSVRs launch day. This is just another game reinforcing why it's my favourite platform right now.
If you are struggling so much why don't you change the buttom mapping on the PS4 system level? It's not the ideal solution but better than nothing.
