There's no such thing as white collar crime prison. If you are convicted of white-collar crime you go to normal prison.

Minimum Security prisons, I believe, are only for criminals that commit non-violent crimes. Cosby is a convicted rapist, he did not go to one of those, he went to Maximum Security.
