Also I just wanna say that, as someone who has followed Batista through most of his career, I never thought that "Leviathan" or "Deacon Batista" would end up being such a gigantic movie star.
That's all I have to say on the matter:
Fuck Alan Horn and Bob Iger, by the way. Gunn is destined to become the shepard of the DC Universe, but first things first, Vol. 3 should only happen if James is the guy sitting in the director's chair.
SonofabitchHe should play every character.
Nutty Professor style bitches.
That would be the better idea.
Yes.
hear me out...
Listen, I'm willing to make an exception for Bautista because of the shared Spanish heritage, but a Bane without any Spanish blood is a no-go for me.hear me out...
Pre-Venom - Kevin Hart
Post Venom - Terry Crews
Lol umm. Wrong universe.hear me out...
Pre-Venom - Kevin Hart
Post Venom - Terry Crews
Casting for the first movie sucked. Sounds like it's going to be a full recasting regardless. Batista is a great fucking place to start. He'd make a better Crock than the guy they got, that's for sure.
Fine... I just want Crews involved in some way.Listen, I'm willing to make an exception for Bautista because of the shared Spanish heritage, but a Bane without any Spanish blood is a no-go for me.
Venom is the name of the juice that Bane pumps into his body like an instantaneous dose of mega steroids.
I'm in for him as Croc.
Joker isn't supposed to be brolic enough to kick Batman's ass himselfbautista joker and then have suicide squad 3 just be a team of jokers imo
Lol ah yes. Venom just came out so confused the fuck out of me.Fine... I just want Crews involved in some way.

if he joins the DCEU he can potentially face the Rock, that would be cool
As I said in the other thread, Bautista has a lot more in common with the Latino community in terms of heritage than someone like Javier Bardem. The only distinct difference is in terms of geographic origin. As it stands, he is physically perfect for the role, his ethnic makeup is almost perfect for the role, and on the whole, I'd classify him as Hispanic at least, which to me, as a Latino, is close enough. It feels like some people want to use the Latino / Hispanic distinction (which, again, is not really recognized by the USA census) to divide, which is counter-intuitive. In my eyes, the two terms should be used interchangeably to be inclusive.
1.) Half-white and half-Spanish decent. Works for me.His ethnic makeup is FAR from almost perfect what in the world. He's neither British or Latino lol. And no, you can't use those terms interchangeably Jesus.
1.) Half-white and half-Spanish decent. Works for me.
2.) As both a Hispanic and a Latino, I will use them however I damn well like.
Again, I think representation matters a lot, but I think the exclusion of Bautista from our group on what amounts to technical grounds is silly. Then you're wrong on both counts, but you do you! Just know that crap like this is why we're so underrepresented in Hollywood.

You sound ridiculous. And as a half Filipino whose full-pinoy mom has spanish blood, I gotta tell you, you sound double extra ridiculousIt's not a technically, but I'll leave you with this article so you can come to your own conclusion:
https://www.wearelatinlive.com/article/1446/are-filipinos-considered-hispanics (dont click on full story there's nothing actually there lol)
I doubt Bautista himself would consider he or his heritage is hispanic.
You sound ridiculous. And as a half Filipino whose full-pinoy mom has spanish blood, I gotta tell you, you sound double extra ridiculous
But sure bro, fight the power
We can safely assume A4 is his last MCU movie.I love this guy, kicks Disney every chance he gets. Make him Bane
Because the shit you think is important isn't so much to others, to the point where you look ridiculousIt's cool that you have spanish blood, but that doesn't make you latino.
Bane is latino.
Bautista might be hispanic, depends on him.
All latinos are hispanic, but not all hispanics are latinos.
I don't know why this is so hard for some of you.
and I say this as a 100% latino, not latino american, born and raised in Central America, so not sure if you're trying to impress me with your credentials, so I probably have more insight on this.
Because the shit you think is important isn't so much to others, to the point where you look ridiculous
But hey, you do you mang
Okay, let's all calm down here. Jesus
You won't be calm anymore once every Marvel character is assimilated into Venom and Robert Downey Jr jumps ship to DC
Latin name, ie name that seems linked to the old language; not latino. Why? I'm passionate about our people getting represented on screen, if you don't give a shit that's on you but you're part of the problem.
A Spanish colony does not a Latino make. Do you consider Javier Bardem to be latino by any chance
So this was DC's plan from the beginning. Kill Marvel from the inside by stealing their talent. People will look back on this moment in history as when Marvel's fall from grace began.
I'm fine with this, but I wanted Bane, real BaneSuicide Squad 2, and then Lobo gets his own spin-off move with Gunn in charge of the DC Cosmic Universe
don't @ me
David Tennant or bust.
you gotta be fucking kidding me, get off the computer and go out to the real world son. Why? I'm passionate about our people getting represented on screen, if you don't give a shit that's on you but you're part of the problem.

haahahahahahaahyou gotta be fucking kidding me, get off the computer and go out to the real world son.
jesus christ.
you made a mistake, not all Latinos are HispanicIt's cool that you have spanish blood, but that doesn't make you latino.

haahahahahahaah
you made a mistake, not all Latinos are Hispanic
I blame American labelling on all this.
Hispanic means one from a Spanish speaking country of descendant of a Spanish speaking country (nothing to do with race).
(US definition) Latino means one from a country in the Americas who's language is derived from Latin. Brazil's language is Portuguese (not Spanish).
BUT BUT BUT BUT
the European definitions of Latino means anyone from a country who's language is derived from Latin :P.
The European definition predates the US's so I take Europe's definition because it makes more sense, anyone from a Romace langauge country (derived from Latin) is a Latino. Because it's all about language
