I mean you came in already saying
Meaning that you came in here not to discuss or to criticize, but to start a discussion in bad faith. Now, maybe a complaint would be valid, but you definitely aren't making them. Then you just quote a bunch of negative posts that align with your viewpoint, and instead of actually having a discussion and not having a piss take like you do, you take a defensive position like you're the victim.

I did voice my complaints last night - eg Ben being shit on the laptop and Brad falling asleep.
I was glad this morning to see people echo those complaints because West used to be great, now it's shit, and until criticisms are more widespread, nothing will change.
A Jeff-led THPS feature should be up there with the very best of GB content. It was a shitshow last night.
I hate this mentality that a negative view is 'arguing in bad faith' (whatever the fuck that means?). West used to be great, now it's not. When it's a shit feature like anime or fighting games I just ignore it, but when a feature has potential like the THPS one, and they still fuck it up, of course I'm going to say so. Especially when I'm funding it with my premium membership.
honestly there's a difference between 'wow X person wasn't really trying in this stream' and making your first comment to be 'Glad there's so many complaints'. Like, not even I have come in saying 'GLAD SO MANY PEOPLE HATE/COMPLAIN BEN/THIS STREAM/WEST'.
If that's your first post about a thing, then there's something wrong there.

It's not just my negativity, it's at least a dozen other posters - in fact more from last night alone.
If West continues to ignore the issues, of course complaints will be made.
We all know they can do better. I post my frustrations because I want West to get back to top tier quality.

Then take it to their forums and tweet at them. Let them know directly how you really feel. If you don't like it, that's fine. Others liked it. You're literally not presenting valid criticisms and just shitting on ben and brad because they're not 100% turned on like Jeff. Great, people are different.
How is saying Ben shouldn't be on his laptop reading unfunny content nobody can see, and Brad shouldn't be just sat there looking bored NOT constructive criticism? That's the definition of constructive for Christ's sake.

Brad and Ben are allowed to do that. They aren't your sock puppets who should dance and sing just because they're on camera.
The difference between you and other people is that you feel good enough to come in with 'Glad so many other people share my complaint!'. "Bu-but I posted while it was live!" great you should have left it at that. Why are you glad that others shared your sentiment? Take your negativity elsewhere.
And I'm allowed to say I think it makes shit content.

I think silent protagonists can work if there's lot's of longer dialogue options to pick and lots of text in genral.
In fully animated and voiced cutscenes they tend to stick out though.

I've made it through to the end of east content over an hour long recently I haven't for the west in about a year probably. It's not that east does anything particularly different they just seem more interested to be there and have fun. Brad and Ben sometimes look like they would rather be anywhere else and that makes for a terrible video
Finishing up the Odyssey playdate and it looks fine honestly, but man it kinda made me feel like I'm not really into more of the same thing lol.
I'd take issue with this and declare This Is a Long Drive, The Lonesome Crowded West and Moon & Antarctica to be three of the greatest rock albums of all time but then again they do have a (pretty great) song called Trailer Trash.

Nah, I love those first 3 albums. Wasn't meant as an insult. White trash was kind of their whole aesthetic.
Yeah come to think of it there's a bit of that in songs like Bankrupt on Selling and Cowboy Dan too.
There's side stuff but it's not a lot and feels really incidental? I've just been mostly mainlining it.
There's post-game content, but I hear it might as well be as necessary as the main storyline.
With the Vita seemingly getting a more official death at the moment I think it would be pretty cool to get another Vita stream from GB to kind of go over its history. Would be a nice contrast to their launch streams.
The reaction to the THPS stream proves that only marks can maintain optimism about anything in 2018.

I don't see the point. I like the Vita's library, but very little of it is of any interest to GB beyond now older indie games they'd rather play on PC. If they were to dig into some of the low/mid-tier Japanese stuff that came out for it, sure. But they won't, it would just be a repeat of the same criticisms they always bring up when talking about the Vita.
They can use a PSTV and play the five games that work on that.
Support should be a lot better for games published after it came out, though this was also after most publishers had given up on putting anything with a budget on it.

My main problem with it is the seemingly arbitrary restrictions placed on what games you could play, especially in the EU. I am mainly interested in playing the older games though so for me it boils down to "let me play Final Fantasy Tactics on a big screen, assholes"
Whatever the quality of the actual stream, the opening to Jeff's Tony Hawk series was amazing.
My "What has Dan made me angry about this week?" moment came fairly early into the episode today when he said that Night In The Woods seemed like it was written by Twitter. I can't speak to Donut County because I haven't played it, but NITW had maybe the most naturalistic dialogue I've experienced in a game.
Dang it that was my dark horse for a GOTY top 10 placement.
There's a few asides that read like tweets but in conversations, yeah the characters speak naturally. And twitter is fairly close to how some people speak IRL in the millennial group from experience anyway.
When was the last non-campy game story Dan actually liked as a story?
