Kline, like tons of actors and actresses in this thread, has gone back to performing theatre.

Cuba goodin junior went from being promising and stared in quite a few block busters from the late 90's to the early 00's to staring in sci fi channel monster movie drek
Gerard Butler has three films this yr. He has steady work, even if the movies are mostly sub-par popcorn flicks.
Moranis essentially retired on purpose. Doesn't really fit the criteria imo.
I was going to say that was the plot to "This is the End." It wasn't just culling celebrities, but that's basically all we saw anyway.
I mean he went from winning an oscar to Snow Dogs and Boat Trip in just a few years. He says it's because he got really picky (he passed on things like Ray and Amistad) and ticked off some big time directors.
Butler is the opposite of the thread title. Despite many bombs under his wing, he keeps being given leading roles.
His show was just nominated for Best Play at the Tony's. He's transitioned a bit, but still doing smaller roles in movies alongside Broadway.
So, Jessica Alba is coming back to TV in a show called "L.A.'s Finest". It's a spinoff of the "Bad Boys" series based around the character Sydney "Syd" Burnett from Bad Boys 2.

A series on the USA network called The Sinner. She starred and produced in the first season, and is back doing production on the second (premieres next month).

I don't know why people are bothering to mention actresses. The norm is that your career as an actress dies off as you get older. Actresses who have managed to sustain a career are unusual. I am thinking of someone like Charlize Theron.

Unfortunately he has 4 more Fantastic Beasts movies to go before he's trapped in PoTC Hell.
What's the big deal about doing adverts? Companies use Hollywood actors all the time here for basic products. The company she did them for partnered with her own animal care company too.
She was in a ton of stuff before Black Swan. Leon, Heat, Star Wars Prequels, Closer, Garden State, Mars Attacks and many more.
She morphed into a new person. Like Porsche Derosse did a few years ago.
It's not a big deal, but as far as the topic at hand, her career took a tremendous drop after her first break-out movie.

I really enjoyed his movies, and when he fell out of the spotlight I just assumed it was because he was getting older and no one wanted to work with him anymore, and then I read the stuff that happened to him and it made me really angry.
He has some stuff in the pipe for 2018 and beyond and it seems he has a recurring role on The Affair on Showtime.
I would love to see Universal Reboot the Mummy again and have him show up as an older Rick O'Connel in the 50's or something and help whatever young actor they get to star to stop the mummy.

She "retired" to take care of her child and started a company for kids apparel..I think shes worth almost a half a billion??
A lot of actors careers don't die, they move on and out of the spotlight...and who can really blame them...
Might not be huge, but he had a pretty good run on Archer and just narrated an episode of Explained. Frankly I'd rather work sparingly on good projects than just take everything that comes across the desk.

O'Donnell is still on NCIS:LA, which is coming back for Season 10 in a few months.
Yeah, but he's getting bad and doesn't seem to be in as much now
