I hope there's a VP debate so I can watch him get schooled by a strong black female voice for whom Pence considers to be inferior simply by virtue of the fact that she's black, female and would feel bad about being alone in a room with her because he's married.

Oh no, they absolutely get it. Easiest way to prove that is when they scream "Blue Lives Matter" ask them why firefighter or doctor lives don't matter and just watch.
Every single person gets it to include the millions of losers who concern troll about "the name is the problem, they should just say too", they all absolutely get it.
Sometimes I think people should make signs to troll White Lives Matter and All Lives Matter peeps (both are generally fragile white Right-leaning snowflakes) that say "White Lives Matter TOO MUCH!"

Can anyone explain to me (as I am non-American) why is it so hard for some of these guys to say 'black lives matter'? Will they loose votes? I mean, even if they don't believe it, I would think it would be good PR, like when Trump waves the LGBTQ flag even though he doesn't mean it.

Many republicans are white supremacists that view black people as sub human.
To them, black people's lives don't matter.
"All lives matter" is how they tell black people to shut the fuck up.
