Limited Run Games just bought a retro game IP and will remaster/rerelease it

Do not and I repeat, do not play with my heart like that.
Given the clusterfuck that is the ownership dispute between Acti-Blizz, Squeeenix as the owner of Crystal, and whomever ended up with the assets of the bankrupted Silicon Knights, the only sensible solution is to have someone totally impartial handle the IP, :)

Actually feels possible, the rights are in the hands of old Argonaut CEO rather than buried in the IP vault of a big publisher and he's gone on record saying he's been in touch with people interested in working on a remaster.
Any love for theese games is accepted. Theese games need more recognition.
Yeah, I'm hedging my bets on this. It's retro and forgettable enough that the value of the IP would be affordable for Limited Run Games to acquire.
Was actually released as Slaughter Sport where I'm from, but before it came out the magazines advertised it as Mondu's Fight Palace so my brother and I always stuck to that name.
I didn't know "Fatman" was the original name until many many years later.
I got way too many hours out of that utterly mediocre fighting game.
