I love arnie scenes like this because it seems more genuine from him who isn't a good actor. It's just fun natural delivery.
I also like his True Lies reaction to, "those missiles won't set off those nukes will they."
They took his daughter and deprived a deer of food. Death is too good for them.
Was there ever an in universe explanation of why a cyborg designed to infiltrate without raising suspicion would have a nigh-incomprehensible Austrian accent?
To my shame I was misremembering what he said in this scene and it's what I thought of when the OP said the quote.

I remember when this movie was released on VHS, I asked my dad if he could have muscles like Arnold.
My 6 year old brain couldnt comprehend that a Dad could be cooler than this guy.
I think Arnie has like 6 lines in all of Conan. So any of them. God I love that movie so much.
I always thought it's a Hollywood inside joke how he always plays the all true American hero with the biggest accent ever. It makes no sense but it's also great.
