Zero right now - used to be one probiotic pill that I eventually stopped taking thanks to a big ol' gulp of Kefir in the morning and evening.

I just track my micronutrients of what i eat to make sure i'm getting all of my vitamins from food. The only vitamin i take is a vitamin D in the winter time when there's hardly any sun.

Just one, so that I'm not incapacitated during a certain time every month...

Should be taking some vitamins and supplements though

3 for my mental health. Maybe another 2 for pain sometimes and 2 of melatonin to be able to sleep every so often.

Right now I've got an antidepressant patch, which is pretty annoying. Pills are way more convenient IMO.

Just Omega-3 with extra vitamin D. It's mostly for the sunless winters, but it's a habit.

Zero thankfully. I try not even to take advil or tylenol unless I absolutely have to.

I'm not anti-medicine or any stupid shit like that, but I feel like if i can keep shit out of my body it's probably better than it being in there.

20.5 in the morning, 2 at noonish, 5 at bedtime. 4 of those morning ones are fish oil and two more are supplements.

I take Vitamin C twice daily, Garlic once a day.

I take Sertraline for anxiety, Lanzoprazole for stomach acid, Fexofenadine for allergies.

So 6 not including painkillers.

I'm 33.

Now ResetEra knows my repeat prescription.

0, but there shouldn't be any stigma for taking pills that you need. Modern medicine is a marvel, take advantage of it when you need to.

0 (because I always forget to take a multivitamin in the morning lol)

I actually feel pretty good most of the time. I eat well, drink lots of water, get plenty of sunlight and exercise, etc. I'm fortunately in very good health and never had to worry about pills or medication of any kind.

3 pills each morning but it's mostly for fitness stuff: Omega 3, Vitamin D3+K2 and an all purpose vitamin mix.

A mountain in the US
Just one for allergies this season, but I try to take zero typically. I think there are some medications I'd be willing to try for a few issues I have, though.
