Because he's a shit manager with no tactical knowledge and no control over his players. None of them fear him nor respect him. Just because they like him doesn't mean shit.

He's at the mercy of his merry band of idiots turning up randomly, which is the completely wrong dynamic.

Alex Ferguson could get Darren Gibson to put in an Iniesta performance. Ole can't get Lingard to score or assist in a year.

The longer he stays the even further this club goes back the way, if that is even possible.

The standard of refereeing is fucking abysmal. VAR got it right but it doesn't need 2 minutes to see it's a clear pen.

ridiculous, how on earth could the ref not give that from the start. More importantly why did it take more than 5 seconds for them to tell the ref it's the most obvious penalty this season.

In germany, there is a big fan/community movement against racism which gets also funded by DFB/DFL (biggest german football associations) although one right party (AfD) is winning a lot of votes everywhere in Germany (locally and nationally). It's not perfect but a start.

I'm not shocked about constant blatant racism in football in eastern Europe or Italy but really wonder about the UK.

Frankfurt and Werder played really exciting forward football last season and both went up in flames this season. Both costs me a lot of points in my kicktipp group at work.
