Hope this is good. I've been following CHris, and felt this was a way to give back for all the entertainment/discussion he has given to me over the past man years
Shooting has wrapped.
It's been really neat to have been able to see the daily updates, could be a really good horror movie.
I'm really pulling for the dude. Making a 1.5 million dollar movie that doesn't look cheap is going to be a challenge.
Imagine no budget for re-shoots etc....must have been stressful. Being a famous youtuber I'm sure he has extra stress.
Most low budget flick is way less than a month. They got a lot more money and that bought them more time.
Lol no need to be a douche, just because he likes movies and has cinema knowledge doesn't mean it will translate into being a good director. It's his first film so give him some slack.
I think if he delivers anything but a train wreck, I can see this doing decently well.
I predict this will end up being a pretty solid effort and ends up being a small hit akin to Upgrade, which garners a bit of word of mouth.
It'll be cool to see what he and his crew came up with.
I'm not a big fan of him as a critic but I hope he gets the output and input he wants with this project.

His previous (short) films were not well received but I'm really hoping this does well. I need a good new horror movie.

Maybe trying to find a distributor? That is quite the wait for the movie
They'll try to get in into festivals and hopefully secure a distribution deal is my guess.

It's hitting festivals this year, they are still working on a distribution deal.
