I'm looking to fill my PS5 internal SSD with a solid chunk of games that look amazing and show off the hardware while also demonstrating the breadth of the Playstation library. This is my list in progress of ~ 20 games that fit so far.

Are there any games you think I could easily cut, or am I sorely missing anything? Now that the PS5's been out a few weeks I'm really curious what you guys have installed.

That puts me at 10-20GB left available. I know I'm missing a solid FPS so I'll probably throw Destiny 2 into the mix when it gets a next-gen update and I'd have included TLoUII but I think it clocks in at around 80GB. šŸ˜­

At the moment, Demon's Souls, Astro, Borderlands 3, No Man's Sky, Bugsnax, The Messenger, Days Gone, Dark Souls Remastered, Warzone and Mortal Kombat 11.

I still have around 120 GB available I believe. I probably won't be putting anything else on there until I finish some stuff though.

why do you have so many video games on your ps5? just delete the shit you aint playing.

I only have demon souls and ratchet and clank remake on there.

I use my 2TB external HDD for all the PS4 stuff, just like I previously did with my PS4 Pro. Although I consider unplugging it as long as I play Miles Morales because I heard of serious issues with that game when you have an external HDD connected. And I encountered my first and only hard crash of my console during the intro mission of Miles, probably because of those external HDD issues.

Yeah, I suppose I don't need it all at once but it'd be nice to pull up a game without downloading if I have company over and have faster loading for all my favorites.

It'll probably all end up on my old 4TB external HDD in a month or two when I stop hearing horror stories about consoles bricking.

Astro Bot (platinumed, i'll delete it soon :( )

Warzone (don't care for it but played with bro in law and I'll delete soon)

That's such a large list of games.

I can't believe there are people complaining about the storage on these things.

I've only got a few games on mine right now (off the top of my head; Miles Morales, TLOU2, Astro, Days Gone, FFXII: TZA, Crash trilogy), and I'll be preordering CP2077 digitally this weekend as well.

I'm not using external storage. I'll expand the SSD by 1 TB when we can and leave it at that.

Currently I have:
Astro - I alrdy finished it, but I'm not sure if it is linked to my account and can be safely deleted.
Overwatch - my go to quick match shooter
Borderlands 3 - Some of my friends just got it, so I upgraded it for in case we play.
Planet Coaster - the current game I am playing.

I normally only keep one game I'm playing + a competitive game + any coop games I'll be playing installed on my system. I had the system crash bug with my external plugged in, so any ps4 games I play for the time being will be kept on my internal. After I finish planet coaster, I'll mostlikely be playing DQ11.

IMO the low free disk space should be fine as it's only giving you access to 600GB out the true total size of the drive. The problem that IS going to occur with low diskspace is the inability to patch anything big Destiny or CoD.
