Self explanatory. Best and worst natural landscapes.
Best: Arizona, Hawaii, Colorado
Worst: Erm....Missouri?

Best: all the mountainy Western states and Pacific coastal States
Worst: New Jersey
-- My nomination is the region between Atlanta and Orlando. Holy fuck what a hellscape.
It's gotta be the somewhere in the Rockies, though Appalachia is beautiful too.
new england does have some amazing spots for sure. Vermont in the fall is jawdropping, and the whole Maine coastline is wildWashington, Colorado, Utah, and California are stunning, but I'll also give a nod to all of New England in the fall - it's something else.
Worst? Indiana/Ohio in my experience. Miles and miles of just flat nothing.
pavement, strip malls, swamp, surburbia, more pavement, cement

Y'all underestimating the beautiful horizon of an endless plain.
Naahhhhh, Arkansas's named The Natural State for a reason. It's the best part about it.
Yep.Underrated is Arkansas, BTW. Just the right balance of plains, mountains and dense forrest. Texas in that same vein.

New Jersey really is like a wet fart of landscape.
At least Kansas/Nebraska are hauntingly empty.
Ohio near Indiana is abysmal. But the whole east third, especially in the southeast, is nice and hilly and wooded. Southeast Ohio is Appalachia and there's a lot of beautiful geography there.Worst? Indiana/Ohio in my experience. Miles and miles of just flat nothing.
Best is a hard pick, there's tons of states with terrain that's beautiful in any number of myriad ways.
Worst is easy: if the state is shaped like a rectangle, it's got shit terrain. You can tell because when they were making the map there was nothing interesting enough to describe the borders and they just made it a rectangle instead.
