Vinesauce is a streaming media site founded on May 11th, 2010 by Vincent "Vinny Vinesauce" Pizzapasta* in New York City, New York. At first on his own, he slowly accumulated other streamers under the Vinesauce umbrella, all of them streaming video games throughout the week with an emphasis on variety and humor. Initially they all shared the same Vinesauce channel, but have recently split into their respective channels and play on their own schedule and sometimes collaborate on co-oping games on stream. A lot of you may know Vinesauce through Vinny's corruption streams, where he injects data into ROM games in order to corrupt them from the inside-out [often through the in-house Vinesauce Corrupter], or from Joel and his destruction of Windows OS systems. Additionally, on every July since 2014, they host the Vinesauce Charity Stream where all available streamers take turns playing games throughout the day to raise money for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation.

While Team Vinesauce has its own website for seamless stream viewing at Vinesauce.com, most of the streamers have other outlets for their videos.

Does the Vinesauce Team have a concrete screaming schedule?
While the streamers maintain general streaming patterns (For instance, Vinny and Direboar tend to stream late at night while Limes streams in the afternoon as far as the US is concerned), there's no set schedule for streams and everyone does it at their own pace. An easy way to track them is to just follow them on Twitch.

Can I stream on Vinesauce, I heard that was possible at some point?
It is true that a few years ago, all streamers shared the vinesauce twitch account and guest streamer sign ups were taken in the event no streamer would be online for hours. Nowadays the team transitioned from a single channel shared by all streamers, to everyone streaming in their separate channels. Therefore there is no current need for guest streamers.

What kind of games does each streamer play?
Every streamer has their own preferences in games as stated above, but always expect them to play the games they want to play as well as games that people will enjoy watching.

I want to send game suggestions and gifts to the streamers, where can I do that?
Contact information for all the streamers is available on the main site here. Additionally, Vinny has a P.O. Box open for gifts and shovelware submissions.

Why doesn't Vinny or the other streamers take up my game request?
All the streamers, Vinny especially, may have to parse through emails similar to yours that request they play a game suggested to them. Whether or not they comply is solely up to them.

I thought Vinny did game corruptions, why haven't I seen any on stream?
Live video game corruptions are actually very uncommon on Vinesauce due to the nature of trial and error not being consistently interesting for streaming. However, as Vinny accepts submissions to make the process faster, people who want Vinny to play their specific corruptions can send it to him via email.

Do any of them do anything else besides play video games?
While the main purpose of the Vinesauce streams are to play video games, Streamers have other projects that they promote to the viewers such as Vinny's band Red Vox as well as Vinny and KY's podcast Two On The Vine.

Another year another charity stream. The Vinesauce streamers and community are once again teaming up to raise money for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation. In 2016, the stream successfully raised $36,390 in direct donations, with the final total of $56,405 with the addition of proceeds from a TeeSpring campaign and Etsy sales of Vinesauce crafts.

The most recent stream took place on July 21-23rd 2017and raised $137,337.

I think that one Mario Kart knockoff is the first thing that introduced me to the world of Vinny and his talent of imitating SMB3 cartoon Mario and Luigi. I still quote it every so often.

"You cannot beat me."

Thread is on watch.

Vinny's probably the streamer I watch the most even outside of just the Vinesauce gang. I pretty often watch some of the others in the group too, though.

Vinny us my favourite streamer on the internet. Oddly enough I prefer his "normal" streams rather than the corruptions, which are what he is known for most prominently. He's pretty chill and I like the stuff he talks about, especially music. I'm a fan of his band as well.

I sometimes check out Joel and Imakuni too, but it's already demanding trying to keep up with all of Vinny's content alone.

I find corruptions are like... once you've caught a few streams, you've seen basically all they have to offer. It's what got me into Vinesauce, but now when I see corruptions I just think "eh, I can wait for the highlight reel of this batch." Going on like 4-5 years of following Vinesauce to some degree, corruptions just kinda get repetitive now.

The gimmick is what drew me in, but now I like the crew and stick around because I find them entertaining. They're all pretty great, but yeah there's a hell of a lot of content coming out of them so it can be hard to follow everyone. Vinny generally is the only guy on the team whose streams are at convenient times for me to watch, probably because I'm in the same timezone as him, so he's usually the only one I get to see live.

I was surprised when I heard Limes do a voice cameo in the latest Hellsing Abridged. Though I guess that makes sense since Zito is a mod for Vinesauce.

Was there a Vinesauce community on the old board? Whatever, I'm in.

I mainly watch Vinny but I'll pop into Ima and Joel streams occasionally.

I mean...technically yes but it got buried so hard that it only ever had 4 posts, so I basically slightly altered my old OT from there. Already this new iteration has been a roaring success by comparison lol.

I'll try and update the OT on my own whenever a new video from any of the streamers gets uploaded, but I'd welcome other fans to discuss and link their own.

Is dem still around? I remember him because of the MK8 online matches (where Vin shouts "DEM!", as the salt unleashes).

Watching the E3 conferences inside Vin's channel was great. I plan to do the same next year.

Speaking of yearly events, the charity stream was great as well (albeit touchy

Vinnys Tomodachi stuff was pure brilliance. Best soap opera i have ever watched.
His GTA Online content was awesome too. I don't follow the Vinecrew as much, especially with current content but i should definitely start watching more.

The moment we've all been waiting for. A half hour highlights video of Vinny's Odyssey streams. Full of spoilers.

I've been addicted to Joel for weeks now. Been a fan for a long time, but only recently have I started watching his full streams on a daily basis.

The Shenmue stream is so great. It manages to be both funny and incredibly relaxing at the same time. That's the power of Joel and Shenmue I guess. The game's ability to stand the test of time in terms of atmosphere and despite the clunky English voice acting is nothing of impressive. You could even say the voice acting adds to the experience in a way. For all their stilted acting, the VAs are bilingual speakers, which means their voices and pronunciations do a great job of immersing you in the Japanese setting. I like how the names are accurately pronounced the Japanese way.

Speaking of Joel, he played a Kinnikuman game yesterday. Seems like he's starting to acquire taste for relatively obscure japanese games.

Nonetheless, it's a fighter game and we all know how much does he love that genre.

My favorite Vinesauce thing in recent memory has to be that image Vinny tweets to Verizon when his internet goes down mid-stream. I laugh so hard everytime I look at it.

But yeah Vinny's Skate 3 stuff is amazing. Joel's Dwarf Fortress streams are the best. And Southbird is my hero for his supercuts of the full streams and his love of Cling On.

With the help of LuigiBlood , Joel attempts to become the best 64DD Painter on the world wide web.

Meanwhile, Vinny continues to be allured by Skyrim on the Switch, with all the glitches intact.

Oh nice, I didn't know we had a Vinesauce community! Doesn't seem to be too active though :(. I've been watching Vinny and Joel for years at this point.

Yeah it's slow, considering there's no set schedule for anyone. But it's nice to make a thread for it here. Certainly has more follows than the on back at the old forum.

Joel just streamed the whole Desert Bus.

That's 8 hours of gameplay.
I've seen a lot of Desert Bus in those Desert Bus for Hope marathon streams, but I legitimately didn't know the game had an ending.

8 hours is quite the commitment from just one person. At least he had the chat to keep him company, I guess.
