So that's why they suddenly put the first Tomb Raider Remastered collection on sale recently. Guess I might need to check out the first collection then!

Have they ever been referred to numerically before now? I think it's good marketing-wise to tie them more closely to the original trilogy.

Hell yes worth it for TR4 alone.

And confirmed not cowards by adding AOD (and if they actually put the effort in to fix the bugs and add functioning controls it could at worst be interesting)

What's so wild about it?

It's just known for being all over the place. The game was overly ambitious for the time/budget they had to make with it.
Will actually be interesting to see how this remaster for AoD goes as there's still good stuff to be had, but it's a case where they'll have to fix some of the issues the game had to begin with.

Yeah, AoD is a surprise, I guess I figured it wasn't the same engine as the others.

Hopefully they fix the trophy issue for PS5, or else I'm probably gonna be getting a PS4 disc from LRG in like November 2025, lol.

Damn, wasn't expecting this. Never completed Chronicles or Angels of Darkness back in the day so I'm glad to see them being remastered.

Fingers crossed this also gets a physical release like the first remastered collection is getting.

Funny, I had a dream about Tomb Raider IV this night. I was playing a level that didn't exist in the game, very stealth orientend. In a kind of airport after a ruin. Very faithful to the game in the sense of trying new mechanics.

Anyway, this remaster is worth it even if it was IV alone. It's first half is the best classic Tomb Raider has ever been, then it start to get worse, and alas its final hours are terrible.

A broken PS2 game? Interesting. This was before patching was a standard.

Still waiting for the unlocked FPS patch on classic graphics... are they finally gonna decide to do it?
It's so silly holding that back...

Oh Angel of Darkness, that would be interesting to play as it was super bugged back then.

I wonder if they'll bother with another collection that's Legend, Anniversary, & Underworld. They're BC on Xbox but only Legend is available via the PS2 BC program at the moment. So there's enough there to do at least one more
