Steelseries Artics 7; Chatmix issues

Not sure if this is the right place but hopefully someone can help me;

I have a Steelseries Artics 7 which usually works like a charm, but from time to time the chatmix settings get messed up. In Discord I have the items selected with the 'Certified' behind it. And in windows itself i have set the default communication device and default device. But for some reason, if i have a Youtube video playing, and i join discord, the audio for my Youtube goes away.

If i set the discord Output device to Headphones(artics 7 game) then i do get sound but my Chatmix wheel doesn't work anymore and both Discord and Youtube are via the same channel... I don't understand why this sometimes happens and i can't seem to fix it this time...

Anyone else has this issue?

Is this through bluetooth? I have a Arctis 3 and I can't use the same bluetooth channel? for both discord and any other source of audio, not sure if the later series would have circumvented this if you are using bluetooth.

The Artics 7 has this usb dongle that you plug in to your pc. So it's not over bluetooth.

Been using them for a couple of years with no issue. Game should be ur default sound and chat should be what discord is using. Chat mix should work if these are set.

Arctic 7 has two audio "devices". Discord output needs to be set to the "Chat" device and your YouTube videos (and everything that's not chat) should be set to the "Game" device.
