Looks rough and not good but rough and not good in a way I'm fond of? Does that make sense?

I'm in.

This looks better than before. I'm loving the vibes and visuals. Combat still seems the weakest part with a lot of jank. But at least this looks something different.

I know body switching mechanics in games can lead to a lot of situations but I did not foresee the game essentially forcing you to make an NPC suicide jump.

Looks good albeit janky. Gonna import a physical copy when I can. I don't believe this game releases physically on Europe?

This screams "Sub-70 metascore game that bombs, but 7 years later I wind up stumbling into an hour long YouTube essay with the title: ________, Cult Horror Masterpiece. I track down a second hand copy of the game after being convinced of giving it a chance, wind up loving the game and feel shitty for not having supported the game when it first launch" vibes, ya now, one of those games.

The moral implications of it's body swapping mechanic is gonna' be something.

This looks like a spiritual successor to Siren in so many ways, which is wonderful. It does look a bit clunky, but it's got a bit of that old PS2 jank which I sorely miss. Will be getting this at launch!

Yeah this game seems like prime bait for horror gaming YT video essayists lol

the music is great. Seems like a moody, tense game with some campy moments and novel ideas. Definitely gonna pick it up.

Let's see how much the terms "jank" and "7/10" dominate the conversation about this game.

It looks great for what is, despite the talent involved, still ultimately a self published low budget indie game, taking on some PS2 style horror for the modern era. I think the jank can be forgiven. And I really do get those early PS2 gen vibes, in a good way.

Even if it's an epic failure, I'm sure it'll be an interesting and entertaining one if nothing else. Not long to wait.

I like the style a lot, but the gameplay looks rough. The combat especially looks awful.

I can tolerate a lot of janky games if the game is interesting enough (I have played through all the STALKER games unmodded), but I don't know about the gameplay in this. I hope it turns out better than it looks currently.

Siren's spiritual sequel somewhat.

I hope Toyama & team finds more success than Japan Studio.

Cautiously intriguing. The atmosphere reminds me of Ghostwire Tokyo. I'm curious about the story, like what is the overall objective jumping body to body?

Also, they should sell this shirt online:

Fully agree. It will be fan favorite game in a couple years.

Man, everything about the setting looks ace, but the main focus of the game being the janky ass combat is such a turn off. Especially for a smaller studio I feel like it'd have made more sense to go for a more horror focused route than action like they have, but that's just me

I'll wait on reviews before completely writing it off though

Looks kinda like it was developed for Dreamcast 2 or something. But I kinda like that.

Everything looks great except the combat against regular enemies which feels like it's going to just be a nuisance. When you're controlling major characters and fighting bosses and zipping around on rooftops at the same time it looks like it comes together into something kinda janky but still engaging, but I worry that tanky enemies are going to be abundant and be a bit of a drag.

Music, vibes, UI etc. all really great.

between Bayonetta Origins and Kunitsugami and now this I feel like there's been a real resurgence of the "ignored game that people realize in 10 years is amazing" genre lately
