This is one of my wife and I's favorite series. Not sure if I'll re-buy 1 and 2, but got 4 pre-ordered.. cannot wait! Great new trailer.
Did they mention anything about a physical release? Would love to replace my Wii versions with these

Sweet. I know it doesn't matter but I held off on 3 because it never played the originals. Will def be running through this series now!

Have to remember there's a time limit in the 1st game. Just so i don't wander forever and forget the time.
Same here, have heard good things of these games, but I never played any of them, dunno if this or Pikmin 3 would be a good one to start
I feel like 2 used to be considered the better game, but recent chatter has shifted to 1. Is that true?
Pikmin 1 can be brutal. Unlike the other two, you have a 30 day limit to acquire the necessary parts to your ship. If you fail to do so, it's game over and you have to restart from the beginning.
And I missed getting a digital version of Pikmin 1 Wii when the eshop closed....then again I do have the physical version so no big loss.
Might...triple dip for Pikmin 1, I clearly don't have time for starting again Pikmin 2 especially with TotK not being finished and Pikmin 4 coming so soon.

Ehhh its not that time sensitive. You can do everything and then some within the timeframe.
2 has big underground areas that mix up the gameplay, pretty much depends on how much you like that section. I personally prefer Pikmin 1 and what I've played of 3.
That's GC version, on NPC on Wii you can start on any day when starting the game, if you faf around and see that you're not gonna make it you can start again from day 5 or so and not be forced from day 1.
