We already know that the PS4 sold more than the Switch in the UK, but the difference there is around ~300,000 units for the year. Unless PS4 can make up almost 2 million units in deficit with rest of the world sales, it's also highly likely that Switch is the best selling console not just in these three countries, but worldwide for 2018.
