Even using FAR I still have issues. That's why I never played it much on Steam, waiting for a fix that never came.

I remember quantum break getting a steam port with dx12 and remedy said the windows store version was not getting that update or any patches
Yes, it's not a Play Anywhere title. Though oddly enough, it doesn't show as having Achievements at all in the Xbox app.
I think it's hit or miss when playing a game in exclusive fullscreen, with borderless I never had trouble.
Guess the list just isn't live yet. Looks like im' getting another playthrough in lol.
