So a weird situation has been developing over the last few days in certain Nintendo circles. First, screenshots of what appears to be an internal build of Flipnote Studio appeared. According to the person who first posted them on a private Discord, they were obtained from Nintendo servers.

According to another screenshot from Flipnote Studio, it was supposed to be revealed at E3, there is a comment dated June 10, 2020.

Could this be related to announcements that were planned for E3?

Now, music tracks from Pokémon DLC #1, to be released in June have started leaking:

If this is true, it would not be the first time Nintendo internal servers got hacked and info leaked, as in 2016 a person hacked Nintendo servers and obtained info about Nintendo Switch before its release:

www.justice.gov

California man who hacked into Nintendo servers to steal video games and other proprietary information pleads guilty

Seattle – A 21-year-old Palmdale, California, man pleaded guilty today in U.S. District Court in Seattle to federal crimes related to his computer hacking scheme and his possession of child pornography found on his digital devices, announced U.S. Attorney Brian T. Moran.

I would not be surprised if more leaks appear in the following days...

Hope whoever is leaking this stuff lawyers up immediately because he's in for a ride.

Hackers really don't play when it comes to Nintendo.

Nintendo about to send Ninjas to ERA if the content is being shared here.

Quick, someone save a 'very important, do not forget.txt' file on the server and just type 'Remember: Port Eternal Darkness to Switch' in the notepad file.

And all they could find are two musics that are from the Pokémon Direct and some screenshots of Flipnote?

I can picture all the hungry Nintendo fans seeing this thread title and frantically clicking, frothing at the mouth, hoping for something the leak doesn't deliver.

Nintendo's army of legal ninjas have already been dispatched, whoever leaked this stuff will soon know the sweet release of death.

Oh boy.

You do not want to be this dude right now; Nintendo go nuclear over something trivial like soundtracks. God knows what they'll do here....

Lol exactly. These "hacks" always reveal the most boring shit. Like you'd think someone with actual access would be searching "Zelda" "Mario" "Metroid", but nah, Flipnote Studio and some music that'll probably be in another Pokemon DLC centered Direct

Also that person is about to have their whole Youtube account blown off the face of the (digital) Earth

How wonderful :/ I wish we could live in a world where nothing leaked and surprises got to be surprises. I really hope nothing major leaks from this.

Imagine getting arrested and fined to bankruptcy for hacking Nintendo and all you managed to get was Flipnote and unreleased music.

Broken street date leaks I can understand. But hacking Nintendo for clout is extra lame...

Probably someone who is teleworking has had an oversight.

And some hacker is going to ruin his life for five minutes of fame. It's pathetic.

Hey, at least their sacrifice was worth it. All Nintendo fans couldn't wait to listen to the new Pokémon Dlc tracks.
