Much as Batsuit evolved from Batman to Batman Returns, seems they kept the trend and the suit is a direct improvement over the Returns one

It lo ok s extremely faithful, but I hope the lighting touches things up because that fuel is going to look very goofy (more do the neck).

I'm hoping its actually flexible enough for him to turn his head, but for most of the time he does the shoulder move so when he turns it looks a bit like the JL Superman looking at Flash scene.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate a 70 year old Michael Keaton actually wearing a Batsuit given that several Marvel actors have had their suits CGed in recent years?

With the modern technology and technique if they want him to, he will be able to.
The material they use these days is so different to that era.
Also the ability to reinforce the cowl and shoulder parts so the actual neck can be more workable.
Basically like the JL suit.

Er I'm gonna be that guy but Keaton could also be wearing a 'football' version of the suit as well. We are just looking at the photoshoot version.

Wouldn't be surprised if he has a version with no cape

It's always so weird how baggy the suits are in full lit pictures but in film it's not. Would they just look terrible if you made a fitting suit or can't because they couldn't move freely or dudes bodies just look daft because they don't have woman's curves?

Hers doesn't but it's not armoured I suppose. That's what I'm saying, are they doing it for movement because you can't stretch placed armour padding or because guys bodies just look daft tight without woman's hips.
