For staple kinda stuff be specific because they can have endless varieties based on the toppings/pairings etc. So you can only have one kind of pizza or sandwich or rice and soup dish etc. for the rest of your beautiful lives.

Pizza ❌
Pepperoni pizza ✔️

Rice and stew ❌
Rice and Kimchi jjigae ✔️

Sandwich ❌
Tuna salad sandwich ✔️

Rice and chicken curry for me

If I say "A Sandwich" can I then modify it day-to-day?

If not, I'd like a sandwich with a ton of different things in it...only I'm given the materials and I get to put it together.
If that's still 'against the rules' then a massive sandwich with a ton of things, and I'll just pull out what I don't want that day.

Tuna melts are good, but certainly not the best sandwich out there....especially if it's something I have to eat every day.

Ham, Turkey, Swiss, and Munster on Marble Rye with lettuce, cucumbers, sprouts, pickles, mayo, pesto, pickled onions, tomatoes, and peperoncini

Pizza - specifically a pepperoni, onion, jalapeno and pineapple pizza - is my favourite food of all time and I could eat it everyday if it was viable from a health point of view.

But if I had to eat it for every meal?

Yeah I'm with the OP some form of curry with rice would probably be a better pick.
I will say that "chicken and rice curry" isn't as specific as their own thread rules require however :P

As long as it has potatoes and bread I'm probably fine. Yes, I am from the United Kingdom, how could you tell? Curry would be a good one, naan a must to cover the bread bit, and in the UK you can have curry with chips should you choose. So potatoes covered there. Or pick one of the many many UK dishes that have potatoes, add in bread of some kind, I'm 99% ok for the rest of time.

That looks like chicken tikka masala in the picture.

I think I'd pick chicken vindaloo (with potatoes, like my local Indian restaurant adds). A meat, rice, and potato dish that tastes great. A hearty meal you can't go wrong with. Perfect.

My Thai chicken curry (with lots of bell peppers) with wholegrain basmati rice.

It's delicious. Very satiating. Healthy to boot.

Sigh... Rice and murgh makhani. There.
oooh butter chicken. Yes that's a sensible choice as an every meal pick. Threads the needle of "delicious but not too interesting" that I think the problem needs.
Tikka masala would also be a good pick for this I reckon, though if it was my every meal I'd need it jazzed up with some vegetables.

A medium-spicy thai green curry might be a decent go-to, chicken for the meat, then add-ins like edamame beans and brocoli florets. Has a very clean flavour so you won't ever feel too heavy from eating it.

A serious reply would probably be some sort of meal that mostly covers the most important nutrients or something, some sort of stew with fish and vegetables.

But a more "favorite meal" type of answer would probably be beef steak.

I just had the most insane tasting crab fried rice here in Tokyo that blew me away. So probably that.

Breaded chicken with a bowl of raw onion and a plate of feta cheese, sourdough loaf, and a side of egg + tomato + onion salad

That's my comfort meal generally, so I don't see why I couldn't eat it all the time

Mom's zucchini casserole. It's a baked spaghetti pie with beef red sauce, cheese and plenty of fresh zucchini from the garden. We were always producing waaaaay more zucchini than we needed so it was a common dish growing up for me. Simply heavenly.

Assuming that I didn't have to worry about health, digestion, or smelling like cumin or what not afterwards, gonna mirror the OP and say curry and rice all the way. It's the only thing I could pretty much eat every day and not get tired of.

Yellow curry with chicken and potatoes over jasmine rice

I also make a bomb-ass fried rice which I could eat every day forever:

Day-old jasmine rice
2 eggs
scallion oil
white pepper
seasoning sauce (e.g., soybean)
soy sauce
MSG
green onions
cubed pork belly (optional)
carrots and bean sprouts (optional)

Spaghetti bolognese (but my own very sumptuous ragu) is probably the one dish I never really tire of, though I would probably enjoy it a lot less a week in.

Pepperoni pizza is probably the one food that has the best chance of me not getting sick of.

But if I had to consider my daily nutrition, that's a tougher choice. Probably something with chicken, rice and veggies.

Veggie pizza with green pepper, garlic, red onion, tomato, olives, pineapple, feta cheese, spinach, mozzarella, and extra sauce.

Or

Mom's Vietnamese Bánh Cuốn/ướt but chicken style. Basically steamed rice sheet rolls doused in shallot and green onion oil relish, grilled chicken, viet chicken sausage (this is probably the unhealthy item lol), greens (lettuce, viet basil, mint, cilantro), beansprouts, cucumber, pickled carrot and daikon, and sweet soy vinagrette. Topped with fried red onion or peanuts. It is so goooooood and I THINK it's probably healthy lmao.

It's so fresh and light but tasty, it would be hard to really get sick of.
