Following on from this thread where the majority of Era PC owners do seem to have a 30XX card, how much did you pay for it?

EDIT: All those results of <$1000!

I got an EVGA 3070 Ti FTW3 at MSRP, directly from EVGA. That was about $830, which then got bumped up to $900 after taxes and shipping.

MSRP for an EVGA 3090 on a step-up. Pricey, to be sure, but it wasn't scalper prices.

Sold my 2080 for £500 once I managed to buy a 3080 for £649 - sold the Geforce now/Watch dogs legion codes that came with the GPU for £40 total.

Paid £109 to upgrade from my 2080 in the end lol

Around £820 iirc for the highest spec EVGA model, wasn't thrilled at the price at the time but in retrospect I think I got a pretty good deal.

$750 for my EVGA 3080. Immediately uninstalled New World to make sure I didn't blow it up.

3080, 699€....

was early and lucky... and at that point I thought I am crazy to spend that much money for a GPU
turns out was one of the best buys I ever did ^^

I mean... CAD MSRP prices make me have to click one of the much higher options and I am still not thrilled about it. But also the 3090 has served me really well so far so eh.

$1350 for a Founders Edition 3090.

Went early to one of their big drops last summer, and had a 10% off coupon.

$1,013 for my EVGA 3080 last month. Just sold my 2080 Ti for $1,100 though so I guess technically it was -$83.

Got my 3080 as part of a Newegg bundle and sold the PSU and my old GPU (which is now worth plenty, but whatever) to a friend, so essentially retail to slightly below

The bundle was around $932 before I sold the PSU (ended up being one of those exploding gigabyte ones but this was way before we knew that)

ended up being around $650 for a 3 slot gaming OC 3080

$500 for the 3070 FE at launch from Best Buy

3060ti for $550 ($150 over MSRP). Got lucky and they had it available at microcenter on Saturday. They also had a 3080ti, but they wanted 1800 for it. :/

I bought a whole prebuilt from Microcenter instead of doing the build myself, so 1500, but I got a whole PC with a 5900x-rtx3070, 32GB of RAM and a 2TB SSD

My friend bought an Alienware PC with a 3080 and the motherboard in it actually exploded so hard it showed up in a Gamer's Nexus video

Hilariously Bad Alienware R10 Ryzen PC: $1800 Pre-Built Review

Dell has led the way in our latest prebuilt testing: The company has continually set new bars in prebuilt quality. For Dell, no bar is too low. The Alienware...

So Dell sent them a new Alienware with a new 3080 and didn't ask for the old one back. Now I have a 3080 but it has to toil away mining fake money for my friend as a rental fee

I managed to get 2 3080s for MSRP for my household at launch, mostly due to keeping my ear to the ground here and on Discord. I was very lucky.

$700 for a 3080 (Asus TUF)

When the launch first happened and everyone said "Just wait a bit til availability comes back" I ignored that advice, and setup the Nvidia Snatcher bot to ping my discord every time a card went live. Bought it from a newegg listing that popped up.

I had a massive stroke of luck while picking out parts for a build at MicroCenter. Rep that was helping me was just like, "I'll be right back, hold on a sec" and when he came back....3080Ti FTW at MSRP.

Last June too so not even that long after they released. Still hard to believe.

About €1300 ($1480) for my 3080 in Sept last year. Would never pay that much normally but I got rid of my old games and consoles + my previous GPU for a total of about €980 ($1100).
