Really interested in what they have to say for cross-core. I think that's going to be a massive undertaking to fix.
Despite the game's issues, I've been looking forward to this. I still enjoy playing the game every week and I'm looking forward to each and every improvement.
Don't think many would turn it off as that would leave you disadvantaged vs those who do leave it on.
Halo community really showing its ass via Twitch comments right now. What an embarrassing display.
They solved this in Halo CE. By making one team red and the other one blue.
One thing I will give 343 credit for they are open about how much they also don't like that the roadmap has to be the way it is.
Yea its pretty bad but I imagine a lot of these people are still gonna end up playing. I could be wrong though.
I kinda hate all the cutesy branded terms they have for basic things. Betas and alphas are flights. Patches are drop pods.

To give context to seasonal content and keep players interested duh
It's pretty common in live service games. Fortnite has an entire backstory that sets the stage for each season.
"Drop pod" I agree. "Flight" is a known development term that just has less usage than "alpha" and "beta" etc.
Because Spartan Ops was a great idea and needs to be better executed
It's the new trend, and honestly not a bad thing? Lot's of games have developed cool stories from these multiplayer cutscenes (Apex Legends being a good example). As long as it doesn't come at the cost of the promised Singleplayer expansions, I think most people are in.
but it's like.. not spartan ops. it's cutscenes and then just regular PvP multiplayer? or am I misunderstanding what this is lol
Why wouldn't you? Halo Infinite has a chance to provide Destiny style content each drop.
1) Campaign
2) Multiplayer
3) Multiplayer Story with Spec Ops style missions
4) Battle Pass
Intrigued by this narrative stuff, wish they went into more detail on the format but I guess we're only a week away
There are two "narrative events" planned for Season 2. Whatever those are will be explained later.
