I guess it's only a matter of time they release a set on the Square-Enix store. I mean they did something similar with the FF7 Remake OST. I honestly wouldn't mind a physical collection of the soundtrack, the work put into is excellent and is probably some of the best arrangements to be had for the first six games anyways, so I think it's worthwhile to collect if they ever release a physical set.

I hope they issue a physical version of these at some point; I'd really like hard copies of III and VI's redone OSTs.

I don't like these soundtracks in the context of the games themselves but as something to listen to on their own they're amazing. Definitely worth listening to for fans of the original music.

on mora.jp there are "high resolution" versions. I purchased the Chrono Cross concert from there. I don't remember if the format is FLAC but I believe it is.

Square Enix usually puts their soundtracks up for sale on Amazon. I bought the Crystal Chronicles Remastered OST, Scions and Sinners, and a bunch of other stuff there digitally. MP3 only, but it's at least DRM-free.
