There were rumours a couple weeks ago that said he had complications after his surgery, his camp quickly denied but I guess they were true.

with all of the drug use and weight problems it's amazing he lasted this long. One of the best to ever do it, no question. In an all time World XI he's in the starting line up, even today.

Everytime I hear someone talking about him they not only mention just how much a great player he was but how much of a bigger than life figure he has become for many people, both in Argentina and outside (particularly Napoli).
