Looks like this is actually incorrect, the official announcement says the French content pack is October 28th (easy to miss though, I actually saw the travel itinerary graphic and didn't realize the earlier date until I watched the CPP video lol). So basically:

France: October 28
Germany: Nov. 11
UK: Nov. 25

And then TBA: Japan, China, Eastern Europe, USA (East + West). I'm... not sure what that last one is, given we have a North American theme and I feel like it's already pretty American, but hey.

Yeah, you're right, forgot that it's a rolling-basis starting from Oct. 28 through Nov. 25. Editing OP.

I've been waiting for these patch notes for a while now. It's nice to see tourism finally getting some attention in Cities: Skylines II. The region sounds loaded too, but awesome, and yes, it includes French content! These updates have made me interesting to see how these update will change the gameplay.
