Overall favorite (and also my personal GOAT) is Breath of the Wild. Also, shout out to OoT, despite me not listing it in a single category here, I still think it's basically a solid 8 in every category across the board. If there were a best average score across categories, it would win that one.

Story, Music, Characters & Hero - Majora's Mask
Weapons - How do you define this? Majora's Mask if the mask transformation attacks count (like Goron punch), otherwise I guess Twilight Princess since it has the ball.
Map - Wind Waker
Dungeons - Ocarina of Time, Water Temple may be an abomination but Forest and Spirit were top tier.
Villain - Twilight Princess if I'm allowed to count Zant pre-"IT WAS GANON ALL ALONG"
Portable - Link's Awakening DX
Collectibles - Wind Waker (I liked the photos alright?)
