is it good? i read the posts when they came out but i havent read it as a proper prose/book thing
I *just* finished it and am still trying to articulate my thoughts.
I liked it, but not as much as I had hoped. The ending was odd, and there are some issues with the plot that don't make a lot of sense. It was really disturbing though, and I think it's worth reading. It's just not all it was hyped up to be, I guess you'd say. I expected more from the ending and what I got kind of left me going, "Really?"
Just finished making a routing jig for a woodworking project, then played a couple of rounds of Overwatch. Now I'm going to feed the cats and clean their litter box, then my wife and I will read in bed for a little bit before we crash.
aaah.... sounds kinda similar to the posts then, but then again the build up was the engaging part.... i guess :>

My girl went to bed early. Sitting here finishing a beer and thinking about if I should have another and play some games or just go to bed too. Keep in mind its Canada Day and I don't have to work tomorrow, though she does.

Have an interview for a new job on thursday, so I wanted to finish the presentation for the company today, and prep on details of the company tomorrow and the day after a bit.
What I ended up doing:
Tinkered with a single slide for couple hours, and making more slides for a presentation I have on friday. No self control at all on what to actually focus on and what is super fuckin' important. Why am I such a stupid dumb idiot? Still time to finish tomorrow. Work day is almost over, so yeah. Maybe I'll go grab a beer and procrastinate some more.
