The weekend was pretty hectic for me but I think I've finally caught up on everything. Fantastic Opinion Yell episode, always a must watch.
I think they just need to forgo a normal podcast tomorrow and do a roundtable discussion about microtransactions, lootboxes, all the Battlefront 2 controversy including the rollercoaster ride from today, and most importantly, Huber's addiction to gambling.

I don't remember the gaming news portion of that podcast, but the second half was so good.
It was just said on Frame Trap (which is out now!) that Huber is reviewing it.
I'm glad he's reviewing it on a system and not based off the review event.
Man the Battlefront 2 discussion is fantastic. Huber is visibly upset at how the game turned out (I'm right there with him), and the price reductions EA made change nothing about what they said about the game. Never been so happy to cancel a pre order in my life. What a mess.

Yep, sucks that they probably filmed this right before the change, but Huber is so passionate about it.
Man hearing Huber talk about Battlefront makes me anxious and overwhelmed and I'm not even interested in the game. Different kinds of crates, theres credits and crystals to buy packs. Gives me a headache.
I can tolerate lootboxes and microtransactions to a point but once we got multiple crates with different prices and multiple currencies to buy packs I start mentally checking out. For example Overwatch is simple -- one type of lootbox (unless its seasonal but even then the seasonals just replace the normal ones) and you either earn them or buy them directly, no dumb currency shit. Simple.

the last time I really felt good about buying a ea published game was probably mass effect 2 and the last I bought was dragon age inquisition.
Oh, that's a shame. Did he say why he didn't want to archive it? I can never catch these streams (and the Tuesday group streams) live due to my timezone.

edit: Is it too entitled to say that I really don't like this? Don't wanna come off too strong on this(cause it's nothing too major in the end) but it does suck a bit basically missing out on stuff like that forever if you don't get up at 5-6 am over here. Speaking as someone that has mostly been checking streams from eza plays/archives the last few months.
Unless there is a different reason why it wasn't saved that I'm missing here.

Managed to get the archive before he deleted it. Glad I did because it's a really cool stream since Kyle never really does Q&A's. I'll delete it if Kyle doesn't want it up, just let me know if he ain't cool with it Bloodworth
