compared to horizon 3 is it a larger map?
have they said anything about amount of cars?
Probably refering to when UE owners were angry before they changed it.the vip thingy was changed back to constant after the first patch or so. what is your "anger" referring to?
that was until the first patch though. they rectified their mistake. so no problem with UE since then. and that's a long time back.Probably refering to when UE owners were angry before they changed it.
Yes, they learned from their mistake of not including the expansion pass in the UE.that was until the first patch though. they rectified their mistake. so no problem with UE since then. and that's a long time back.
also, forza horizon 4 is the very first forza game to have both the car pass and the 2x expansions , and vip of course, in the same 99 price,
while every game before the expansions were extra.
so, actually they have already sweetened the UE deal by 40 bucks too.
so there ;)
I am not sure you know what you are talking about, since forza 7 UE leaderboards, ie before official release date , were in the hundreds of thousands?Yes, they learned from their mistake of not including the expansion pass in the UE.
People will always fall for greedy tactics, but there was a vocal outcry and luckily they listened.I am not sure you know what you are talking about, since forza 7 UE leaderboards, ie before official release date , were in the hundreds of thousands?
Hm, wonder why they changed it then if everything was tip top.dude, you can take your "greedy" and "luckily" mantra elsewhere. neither turn10 nor playground deserve what you write here.
plus, you can always get vanila and skip your drama.
hundrends of thousands are victims, and you ..da smart fox
Looks incredible in cockpit view.Hey all, just a heads-up that we're going to be streaming from the showfloor throughout the day here at E3 on our Mixer channel!
https://mixer.com/forzamotorsport
Hospital is 100% back, and as the E3 demo song. Long time history with Forza, and the perfect music for the festival theme.Looking forward to the radio stations being announced, and finding out what tracks are on the playlists.
Hoping Hospital Records returns (a no brainer you'd think), and wondering if they'll add a new station for a UK label like they did with Future Classics in FH3.
I'll most likely get it through the store if ultimate edition keys aren't cheap elsewhere, I got some deals on Xbox gift cardsI'm going all in on the Ultimate (as usual for Forza). However I'll save a few quid buying Xbox money from CDKeys.
While I don't think it's written anywhere or set in stone, the assumption is that all MS first party games will launch and remain in GamePass in perpetuity. Obviously that's not likely to be the case, but it'll be in there for a long ass time, probably even after the next Horizon game comes out.So does gamepass work in a way that I'll be able to play this game for a few months, maybe at least a couple months, and then it goes away?
True. Horizon 3 sold really well in Australia, would be interesting to see how this one does in Europe.I already said it. McLaren in the box and a Defender. Game in the UK made by a UK dev. That pal chart is gonna be crazy haha.
Yeah, I'm tempted to do this, as well. I want to buy the game at launch, and I figure that I'll end up paying the same amount (or more) when it's said and done if I pick up the extra content later. That said, the only reason I haven't pre-ordered yet is because I kind of dislike how DLC cars tended to screw with the progression in past Horizon games. Sure, I could just not buy the DLC cards in-game, but they're there, and they're usually superior to the other cars I'd be able to afford. I kind of just wish they'd bundle them with purchases for other cars as you progressed or something. Still, I think I'll put a ton of time into Horizon 4, so I'd like to eventually have all of the content.Screw it, pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition...I want all the cars lol.

Games come and go each month, they've merely said all MS first party games will launch on game pass not stay forever. They've already had some MS published catalog 360 games fall off.
No. its a reason why they provide 20% discount if you want to keep playin.Even if they remove the game from GP don't you get to keep it in your library and keep playing it as long as you have an active subscription?
I could be wayyyy off base but I could've sworn I read that somewhere.

I'd hope so, but you'd never know what could happen with licences.Im pretty sure MS games stay on forever ever (I recall reading this)
Turn 10 deserves the critisim, They haven't made a worthwhile forza since 4. Playground games doesn't, they have kept the forza name meaning something because of how good the horizon games are.dude, you can take your "greedy" and "luckily" mantra elsewhere. neither turn10 nor playground deserve what you write here.
plus, you can always get vanila and skip your drama.

They changed it because of the outcry like you said. Turn 10 doesn't deserve any recongition for changing it when they had implemented a terrible system in the first place.Hm, wonder why they changed it then if everything was tip top.
T10 does not deserve complete mud, but they do deserve some aspects of criticism. And I half-agree with you on the Forza 4 comment, but here's my quick breakdown:Turn 10 deserves the critisim, They haven't made a worthwhile forza since 4.
Screw it, pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition...I want all the cars lol.
I played some Horizon 1 but relatively speaking I'm new to the Horizon franchise, and haven't sat down with a Forza in years. My most recent co-op racing experience was The Crew, and I loved it. My favorite part of the game was just driving around with friends doing basically nothing, taking in the views, and doing the odd event together. The entire experience was chill and cooperative, and the entire game could be beaten that way. Will Horizon 4 be similar in this regard? I have game pass, so I will be playing this game day one, but I want to just drive around aimlessly, have fun, and play the game relatively cooperatively with my friends (basically 'PvE'). I don't want to have to do competitive races against other people. Also, how does rewind work in these instances? Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask.
Yeah, I remember playing MSR when I got home from work at around 2am so that I could have daytime races in Tokyo. It was a cool, but somewhat frustrating feature to the game.I'm glad it's not linked to the real seasons nor real times of day. Metropolis Street Racer tried the real time of day thing and it meant that it was hard to ever get a daylight race in the UK on the Tokyo tracks unless you played late at night.
Weekly seasons and I hope the regular 40 or so minute day/night cycles would work fine for me.
You'll be able to just drive around and do whatever you like. The whole game can be played offline. Or just online with friends. There's no forcing you to play with randoms.
Rewind doesn't work unless you are playing solo.
